We are more than a supplier of tailor-made logistics solutions. We want to take on the role of the customer’s logistics department.

Being the customer’s logistics department means that we work closely with the customer’s business and we become a partner in the day-to-day work. This is essential, in order for us to reach efficient and concrete solutions that will develop the customer’s business, and in turn make it more competitive.

Nowaste offers the most efficient logistics solution, adapted to your unique business. This includes new IT systems, Nowaste’s own personnel, and potentially an adapted automation park. Irrespective of the logistics solution, it must be cost-effective; using the fewest amount of hours possible and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

IT

Nowaste owns and develops all IT systems in-house, which means that IT solutions can be tailor-made based on each unique customer and their unique requirements.

This portfolio of systems, for different businesses, is available in our standardised range of IT-solutions, which is managed by our own dedicated and knowledgeable IT personnel.

ANALYSIS/CONSULTANCY

If you are running the logistics in-house and one or more parts of the flow are in need of development and improvement.

Have you discovered a problem pertaining to your logistics and are in need of help when it comes to finding specific measures for improvement? Nowaste carries out analyses on businesses, in line with a consultancy assignment, irrespective of what the particular branch of industry is. Are your costs too high, or is the crane storage broken? Irrespective of how you need to streamline your handling and/or flow of goods, we will present you with concrete draft measures. Following that, you can choose to implement the streamlining yourselves or to continue the implementation of streamlining measures in collaboration with Nowaste Logistics.

Our core competencies

Personnel

Nowaste has their own personnel, with means great flexibility and scalability. Many of our colleagues get the opportunity to work at different terminals, which means that we are able to keep up with our customers’ variable seasons, irrespective of volume, and at the same time we retain competencies in-house.

We do not, however, want to be just like any other workplace. Our goal is to ensure that every co-worker feels good and that they are able to develop with us. Therefore, we introduced the concept, GROW – People and Culture. The premises for GROW consist of the company’s head office, a large living room (800 m2), our educational platform, and a fully equipped training facility with a gym and an arena. All of these are available to all co-workers and their partners, completely free of charge.

IT

Nowaste owns and develops all IT systems in-house. This means that our own dedicated and knowledgeable personnel will tailor-make IT solutions based on each customer and their unique business.

By retaining and developing the competency in-house, we are able to eliminate any lead times for our customers. This means that we can offer automated and cost-effective solutions, whilst at the same time working closely with the customer’s business and being prepared for any rapid adjustments and potential changes.

Automation

Nowaste has developed and run automated facilities since 2001. The initial assignment was an automated crane storage facility and a first generation robotic picker for our own business. Today, we do more than run, maintain, calculate and design automated facilities. Nowaste also deals with procurement and contracts.

We map out the customer’s requirements, in order to choose the automated solution that is best suited to their unique business. After many years of experience in the automation business, our colleagues have an in-depth knowledge of the market’s pricing structure and what is on offer. This means that we are able to arrive at the most cost-effective solution for our customers.
